Please take notice that Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Rossi has/have filed an application with the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Hanover for relief from the provisions of the Violations of Article Number XIX, XXVII Section Number 166-138.2 B(1)(a)[1]- FENCE HEIGHT FRONT YARD & 50% open, 1.66-171 E(6)- FRONT YARD SETBACK, 166-113B (2)[4]- INGRESS & EGRESS STRUCTURE, 166-113 B(4)- INGRESS & EGRESS ROOF as well as any and all other violations of the Zoning Ordinance that may be required so as the permit fence in front yard, corner lot, addition for mudroom and front porch on the premises located at 19 Woodfield Drive, Whippany, NJ, 07981 known as Block 4605, Lot No. 10, on the Township Tax Map. Application Case # 1922 is now on the Secretary's Calendar, and a public hearing has been ordered for January 15, 2026 AT 6:30 P.M., prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, in the Main Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10 West and North Jefferson Road, Whippany, New Jersey at which time you may appear in person or by agent, or attorney and present any objection which you may have to granting this appeal.
