You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon O'Toole Scrivo LLC, plaintiffs' attorneys, whose address is 14 Village Park Road, Cedar Grove, New Jersey, 07009 an answer to the complaint in a civil action in which Dennis Webster and Stephanie Vannais are plaintiffs and Sussex Wantage Porpoises Parents' Association (a/k/a Sussex Wantage PPA Inc.), Daniel D'Amelio, Chris Ziegler, and State of New Jersey are defendants, which action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
