Dais A/K/A Oscar Dais, as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as nominee for Citadel Servicing Corporation DBA Acra Lending, which mortgage was recorded on December 28, 2021 in Bergen County, in Book 4510 of Mortgages for said County on Page 0460 et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 146 East Allendale Road, Saddle River, NJ 07458, and also known as Lot 11 in Block 1501.
