("MERS") as nominee for Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership, which mortgage was recorded on July 8, 2025 in Camden County, in Book 12861 of Mortgages for said County on Page 01379 et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 59 Mary Ellen Lane, Gloucester, NJ 08081 with a mailing address of 59 Mary Ellen Lane, Sicklerville, NJ 08081, and also known as Lot 3 in Block 17702.
