The action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County, and bears Docket No. F-010424-25. Your Answer must be filed within thirty-five (35) days of October 14, 2025, excluding that date, or if this publication runs after October 14, 2025, within thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of publication, excluding that date. If you fail to file an Answer, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex – CN 971, Trenton, NJ 08625, with a copy to McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, in accordance with the NJ Rules of Court.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated January 8, 2018 made by Nathaniel Hernandez, a married man, to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, recorded in the Passaic County Clerk's Office on January 25, 2018 in Book M14874, page 270, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 410-412 East 33rd Street, Paterson, NJ 07504 and is further described as Lot 7 (formerly Lot 29), Block 8704 (formerly Block L1468) on the Tax Map of the City of Paterson.
