This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated July 11, 2022 made by Geraldine Lucas, unmarried woman, to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on July 27, 2022 in Book 19114, page 47, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 20 Allaire Drive, Toms River, NJ 08753 and is further described as Lot 15, Block 192.08 on the Tax Map of the Township of Toms River.
