This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated November 29, 2022 made by Dennis Riggs, an unmarried man, to Rocket Mortgage, LLC, FKA Quicken Loans, LLC,, recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on December 20, 2022 in Book 12254, page 872, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 405 Columbia Avenue, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 and is further described as Lot 21 (formerly Lot 4-B), Block 180 (formerly Block 178) on the Tax Map of the Borough of Lindenwold.
