Hamilton and Johnna Hamilton, husband and wife, to Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., recorded in the Union County Clerk's Office on October 28, 2019 in Book M14610, page 0031, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 172-174 Glenwood Road, Elizabeth, NJ 07208 and is further described as Lot 46 (formerly Lot 791), Block 19 (formerly Block 10) on the Tax Map of the City of Elizabeth.
