You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Hill Wallack LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 21 Roszel Road, P.O. Box 5226, Princeton, New Jersey 08543-5226, an answer to the Complaint and any Amended Complaints filed thereafter in a civil action in which NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is Plaintiff and Tyrone Henderson, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title, and interest, et al. are the Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within thirty-five (35) days after April 27, 2026 exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0971, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney, you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association by calling 732-249-5000. You may also contact the Lawyer Referral Service of the County of Camden by calling 856-964-4520. The action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated February 17, 2018, made by Tyrone Henderson as mortgagor to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc,. as nominee for Intercontinental Capital Group, Inc. (original mortgagee), of which the Plaintiff is the current holder, recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on March 14, 2018 in Book 10842, Page 642 and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 402 48th Street, Pennsauken, NJ 08110 being also known as Lot 20, Block 403 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Pennsauken, Camden County, New Jersey.
You, Tyrone Henderson, his/her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and his/her, their, or any of their successors in right title and interest are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the mortgagor/owner/heir of the above premises and Plaintiff seeks to foreclose its mortgage, foreclose out your interests in the subject premises, acquire possession of the property, and to preserve the Plaintiff's right to a deficiency. You are entitled to Notice of this action for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said premises.
