THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing Tax Sale Certificate #22-00028, dated September 9, 2022, made by Terence M. Whalen, Collector of Taxes of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey, to Fedigan LLC and covers real estate located at 27 Lord Sterling Drive in the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey [Mailing Address: Parsippany, New Jersey 07054], known as Lot 7, Block 760, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills. Said tax sale certificate was recorded in the Clerk's Office of Morris County on October 11, 2022, in OR book 24507, page 1716, as instrument #2022066879.
YOU, EILEEN A. McGOVERN, WIDOW, are made a defendant in the above entitled action because you are the record owner of the property being foreclosed.
YOU, HEIRS, DEVSIEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF EILEEN A. McGOVERN, WIDOW, AND THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, AND EACH of you are made defendants in the above entitled action because Eileen A. McGovern died December 12, 2023, a resident of Morris County. There is no estate on file for her in the County. According to her obituary, she was survived by her children, Kevin G. McGovern, Maureen McGovern and Eileen A. McGovern, as her sole heirs-at-law and next-of-kin. Inasmuch as no filed estate has been found for Eileen A. McGovern, widow, plaintiff joined her, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest as party defendants.
YOU, MAUREEN McGOVERN, are made a defendant in the above entitled action because you are an heir of Eileen A. McGovern, record owner of the property being foreclosed.
YOU, HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PESONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF MAUREEN McGOVERN, AND THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTERSET, AND EACH of you are made defendants in the above entitled action because plaintiff is uncertain whether Maureen McGovern is living or deceased. Therefore, plaintiff joined her, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest as party defendants.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Amended Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
