This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated January 18, 2011 made by Sandra Kitchen, an unmarried woman, to Quicken Loans Inc.,, recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on February 3, 2011 in Book 09368, page 0757, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 20 Coventry Court, Unit B62, Clementon, NJ 08021 and is further described as Lot 1.62, Block 59 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Clementon.
