Arvinger, single to Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, Inc.,, recorded in the Hudson County Clerk's Office on February 24, 2023 in Book 20410, page 26, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 1 Park Place, Kearny, NJ 07032 and is further described as Lot 1, Block 39 on the Tax Map of the Town of Kearny.
