Pena, Esq., an Answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which Bizarre Foods, Inc. d/b/a Trooper Foods, is Plaintiff and Michael Weisenfeld is a Defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Ocean County and bearing Docket No. OCN-L-002762-25, within thirty-five (35) days after the date this notice is first published in this newspaper. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County Courthouse, 118 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey 08753, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
