TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of December 2025, at 7:00 P.M., a hearing will be held before the City of Vineland Zoning board at the Vineland Council Chambers at 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a preliminary and final Major Site Plan approval, which includes bulk variance requests for the sign setback and for lot coverage, a use variance for the stormwater basin located in the rear of the property, along with any other related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Vineland city ordinances so as to permit the owner to construct an additional building for the car dealership and increase the lot size for additional inventory on the premises at 2028 S. Delsea Drive & 2044 S. Delsea Drive and designated as Block 5601, Lots 72 & 73 on the City of Vineland Tax Map.
The following described maps and documents related to this application are on file and available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday:
