Notice to Bidders Gasoline/Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel The Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation 55900 Bittersweet Road Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of School Trustees of the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025 at the Educational Services Center, 55900 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545. The winning fuel and diesel bid will be awarded at the board meeting the evening of the bid opening. Envelopes containing bids shall be plainly marked "Bid Gasoline and/or Bid Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel". Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. The Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation is seeking a Fixed Price Bid for the 2026 calendar year. All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a notarized Non-Collusion affidavit, Certificate of Liability Insurance for a minimum amount of one million dollars per claim, and a Bid Bond for an amount of 5% of the total bid to guarantee completion of the contract that may be awarded. The Penn-Harris-Madison Board of School Trustees reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject any and all bids or accept the one, in their judgment, which will be in the best interest of the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation. The winning bid(s) will be the most responsive and responsible bidder for each line or class of materials.
