NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the following: Replacement of Soffit, Facia, and Gutters at Well #8 for the Township of Winslow will be received at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at which time bids will be opened via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time. All proposals shall be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Bids will be publicly posted on the OpenGov eProcurement portal. The Township Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals. PRE-BID MEETING: (when required) A pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10:00 am, prevailing time via Winslow Township Well # 8, 128 First Avenue, Cedarbrook, NJ. All interested parties are invited to attend. Failure of any bidder to attend the pre-bid meeting and site inspection shall not exempt that contractor from fulfilling all the terms of this contract.
