NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Briarcliff Manor until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the Village Offices, 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510, at which time and place said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for completion of the following work:
Installation and rehabilitation of stormwater infrastructure to improve runoff management and reduce flooding in the Village of Briarcliff Manor, Westchester County, NY

A mandatory site inspection and pre-bidders' conference has been scheduled promptly at 11:00 am on the 19th of September 2025 at 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510.

Bid security equal to 10 percent of the bid price is required. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or other guaranteed negotiable instrument, or letter of credit. The bid security of the bidders submitting the three lowest bids will be retained until execution of the contract or a maximum of 180 calendar days after bid opening, whichever is sooner. Bid security of the remaining bidders will be returned within 10 calendar days after the bid opening date. In the event of neglect or refusal on the part of the successful bidder to execute the contract and furnish evidence of insurances within 10 days after written notification of notice of intent to award the contract, and furnish the performance security and labor and material payment bond within three days after receipt of the executed contract, the entire bid security shall be forfeited to and retained by the authority as liquidated damages for such neglect or refusal. Paper copies of the Bid, the bid security, and any other documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope. The envelope shall be addressed to the party receiving the Bids and shall be identified with the Project name, the Bidder's name and address, and, if applicable, the designated portion of the Work for which the Bid is submitted. If the Bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation on the face thereof.
