Notice to Bidders NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners of Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of NJ relative to bid entitled Source Capture Exhaust Removal System, Project# 2025-003. Said bids shall be called for and shall be received, opened and read in public at the Cherry Hill Fire Department Headquarters at 1100 Marlkress Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 on November 5, 2025 at 11:00 am prevailing time. Said Bids shall be hand-delivered at the time and place stated for receipt of said bids or mailed prior thereto. No bid shall be delivered or accepted after the date and hour as designated herein and the risk of timely receipt of mailed bids is on the bidder. The appropriate bid specifications, proposal and other appropriate bid documentation relative to the aforementioned project may be obtained, upon appropriate notice by prospective bidders, during regular business hours from Patrick Boyle, Purchasing Manager, Cherry Hill Fire District #13, 1100 Marlkress Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003, (856) 795-9805. An electronic copy of the bid specifications, proposal and other appropriate bid documentation can also be requested via e-mail sent to pboyle@chfd.org. Requests must contain bidder's name, address, phone/numbers, name and e-mail address of a contact person. A pre-bid conference/on-site survey will take place on October 27, 2025 at 10:00am, at Cherry Hill Fire Department, Station 2, 807 Rt 70 West, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. All bidders must familiarize themselves with the project sites, regardless of attending the pre-bid conference/on-site survey. Attendance at the pre-bid conference/on-site survey is highly recommended. By submitting a bid, bidders confirm they have inspected the site, reviewed the Plans and Contract Documents, if applicable, and had the opportunity to ask questions and gather necessary information. No claims for additional compensation or time extensions will be accepted for conditions the bidder could have reasonably identified through site inspection or document review. Respondents will be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27-1 et seq. Respondents are further notified that they must comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. Public Works Contractor Registration Act and he and any subcontractors must be registered in accordance with the act. Respondents are requested to include their Certificates in the Contractor's Bid Package. Bidders are required to comply with the State Prevailing Wage Rate for Public Works, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq., as amended. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids with the exception of bids withdrawn pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
