NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids will be received by Region 16 Education Service Center on behalf of TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative until 2:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, for the following category: - TEXBUY RFP #026-086 – Job Order Contracting Services A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations in a designated zone. Contractors may propose on one or more zone(s). Region 16 ESC/TexBuy intends to award Contracts for the following trades: General Construction HVAC Roofing The bid is available through TexBuy's Ion Wave electronic bidding system at https://texbuy.ionwave.net. To log in, select "Log In" or "Supplier Registration" to begin the registration process. Only electronic bid submissions will be accepted. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the TexBuy / IonWave procurement portal. Region 16 ESC/TexBuy reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids, which, at its discretion, within Texas state law, are in the best interest of Region 16 ESC/TexBuy and its Participating Entities. Bids will be opened and read immediately following the deadline. Region 16 ESC/TexBuy will consider the following in determining awards for this contract: Price, 30%; Company Profile and Safety, 20%; Comparable Construction Experience, 25%; Key Personnel, 10%; TexBuy Member Experience and Value Add, 10%; Historically HUB Experience and Plan, 5%.
