Notice to Bidders Northwestern Electric Cooperative is soliciting interested electric utility contractors who wish to submit a bid for the following: Unit pricing and storm restoration pricing for distribution powerline construction and powerline construction materials including but not limited to all material for distribution electric system, transformers, poles and sectionalizing equipment. All interested parties will be required to complete a request for vendor information form that can be obtained online, at Northwestern Electric Cooperative's headquarters located at 2925 Williams Ave., Woodward, Oklahoma 73801, or by calling Jaret Dowler at 580-256-7425. Northwestern Electric Cooperative ensures that small business enterprises (SBE), minority business enterprises (MBE) and women's business enterprises (WBE) are used to the fullest extent possible. Northwestern Electric Cooperative will require that each bidder fully comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Federal policy 2 CFR part 215 and award a fair share of sub-agreements to SBE's, MBE's, and WBE's. The bidder commits itself to taking affirmative actions contained herein, prior to submission of bids or proposal assuring that SBE's, MBE's, and WBE's are solicited whenever they are potential sources of goods or services.
