Notice to Bidders Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation 55900 Bittersweet Road Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation will receive sealed bids until 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 1, 2026, at the Educational Services Center, 55900 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545. Envelopes containing bids shall be plainly marked "Bid." Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids or proposals must be properly submitted on bid forms and be accompanied by a State Board of Accounts Non-Collusion Affidavit, Disbarment Suspension Certification and the Lobbying Certification. Said forms are available in the office of the Food Services Director. The Penn-Harris-Madison Board of School Trustees reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject any and all bids. Items to be bid: Groceries and Paper Goods Fresh Produce Fresh Baked Bread Milk and Dairy Products Commodity Processed Products Bid documents including a specific list of items and specifications can be obtained from the Food Services Office, 56100 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, Indiana.
