Notice to bidders Town of Harford Notice to Bidders Legal Notice The Town of Harford will accept sealed bids for the renovation of the foyer at the Harford Town Hall, located at 394 State Rte.38 in Harford NY, 13784. Details for the renovation are as follows. Removal of the paneling and carpeting. Repair the walls and repaint, Repair the existing floor and replace with new flooring. Please send a detailed quote which includes materials being used and the price of such materials, prevailing wage labor costs and a time line. There is no bid packet, any inquiries concerning this job should be addressed to Jennifer Fox, Town Clerk (844-4091). Bids should be put in the drop box at the Town Hall or sent to the Harford Town Clerk, P.O. Box 120. Harford, NY 13784 and should be clearly marked on the envelope "foyer bid". The Harford Town Clerk must receive all bids by April 6, 2026. The bids will be opened and discussed at 8:00 p.m. at the regular Town Board meeting on April 6, 2026 held at the Harford Town Hall.
