NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Randall County (www.randallcounty.gov) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the following:
RFP 2026-415-22: Third Party Administrator and Prescription Benefits Manager Services.Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Randall County Purchasing Department, 501 16th Street, Ste. 300, Canyon, TX, 79015, to the attention of Ricky Garcia, Purchasing Agent, no later than April 16, 2026, 10:00 am. At this time, proposals will be opened publicly to identify the name of each provider submitting a response. All other proposal elements will be kept confidential until the award. Request for Proposal will be awarded to the provider who submits the most favorable response according to the evaluation criteria set forth in the proposal documents.
