NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids will be received by Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Park District for the Highbanks Metro Park, Dripping Rock Bridge. The bids will be received at 1069 West Main Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, until 10:00 a.m., local time on April 15, 2026 and will be read publicly and recorded immediately thereafter. Copies of the Contract Documents are available for review on the www.keycompanies.com website. The contract documents, plans and specifications are available for purchase at any Key Blue Prints, Inc. The Metro Parks will not be responsible for any plans and specifications obtained from any other source. Inquiries regarding the bidding documents, including requests for clarifications or interpretations or proposal of substitutions, shall be submitted to Steve Studenmund, at Metro Parks, studenmund@metroparks.net. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Highbanks Metro Park, Nature Center, 9466 Columbus Pike, US23, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035, on April 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. to answer questions and to review the Project site. The estimated cost of this Project is $750,000. The Substantial Completion Date for the Project is November 1, 2026. The Project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders.
