NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids will be received by Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Park District for the Homestead Metro Park, Site Improvements – Phase 2 project.
The bids will be received at 1069 West Main Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, until 10:00 a.m., local time on April 10, 2026 and will be read publicly and recorded immediately thereafter.
Copies of the Contract Documents are available for review on the www.keycompanies.com website. The plans and specifications are available for purchase at any Key Blue Prints, Inc. location. The Metro Parks will not be responsible for any plans and specifications obtained from any other source.
Inquiries regarding the bidding documents, including requests for clarifications or interpretations or proposal of substitutions, shall be submitted to Anna Vagedes at aevagedes@metroparks.net.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at Homestead Metro Park, 4675 Cosgray Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026 on April 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to answer questions and to review the Project site.
The estimated cost of this Project is $930,000.
The Substantial Completion Date for the Project is September 25, 2026.
The Project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115.
Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders.
