The District will not be responsible for the premature opening of bids if the bid number and opening date does not appear on the envelope. Bids opened prior to the designated bid opening date and time will be invalid. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject all bids, or to not accept any bid which, in the opinion of the Board, will not be in the Board's best interest.
