NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Byram Hills Central School District hereby invites the
submission of sealed bids for the following:

Bids shall be securely submitted to the Byram Hills Central School District (also referred to as the "District") via acceptable delivery methods below:

Bids will be received until the solicitation closing date of 12:00 P.M. on May 7, 2026, by the Purchasing Agent (or designee), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.
All bid documents for sealed bid submission may be obtained by emailing the Purchasing Agent, Kassandra Sherwood, at:
ksherwood@byramhills.net, on or after April 13, 2026 at 9:00A.M.
The District will not be responsible for the premature opening of bids if the bid number and opening date does not appear on the envelope. Bids opened prior to the designated bid opening date and time will be invalid. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail.
The District reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject all bids, or to not accept any bid which, in the opinion of the Board, will not be in the Board's best interest.
