Notice to Bidders
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Cascade Union Elementary School District ("District") will receive sealed bids for the Bus Barn Slab Repair Project, located at the District Office property, 1645 Mill St., Anderson, CA 96007. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk pursuant to Public Contract Code section 6610 will be held on May 27th, 2026 3:30 PM at the project site. Failure of a bidder's employee to attend shall render the bid non-responsive.Sealed bids will be received at the District Office, 1645 Mill St., Anderson, CA 96007, until June 12, 2026 at 2:30 PM, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111 et seq. Contract documents may be obtained by emailing admin@semingson.us. This project is subject to prevailing wages (Labor Code §§1720 et seq.). All bidders and subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (Labor Code §1725.5). Bid security in an amount of ten percent (10%) is required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. Published pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20112.
