NOTICE TO BIDDERS VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING, PUTNAM COUNTY, NEW YORK REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS and QUOTES FOR PROPOSED CHAIN-LINK FENCE REPLACEMENT AT COLD SPRING WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DUE BY: MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2026, AT 2:00 pm NOTICE is hereby given that quotations and proposals for the work herein described will be received by the Village of Cold Spring, New York, at the Office of the Village Clerk, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York, 10516, by Monday, June 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. GENERAL INFORMATION: The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace approximately 60 linear feet of chain-link fence at the Village of Cold Spring Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Contractor shall remove existing damaged fence, remove brush and vegetation as needed, install the fence, and restore the area, all in accordance with the plans and specifications, and as directed by the Engineer. BID DOCUMENTS: Required bid documents may be obtained from the Village website at https://www.coldspringny.gov/DocumentCenter/View/5585/BID-NOTICE-and-DOCS_Chain-Link-Fence_06-15-2026_05-24-2026 on or after Monday, May 25, 2026. When using the Village website to obtain documents, the Village Clerk must be notified at (845) 265-3611, extension 9, or vcsclerk@coldspringny.gov. TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL and QUOTE: Parties interested in responding to this Request for Proposals and Quotes shall submit one (1) original quote on the forms provided and any necessary supporting documentation to the attention of Marjorie E.
