NOTICE TO CITY OF SOUTH MILWAUKEE CITIZENS OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION The Common Council of the City of South Milwaukee adopted the following ordinances which will become effective upon publication. Copies of the ordinances will be maintained and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 2424 15th Ave., South Milwaukee. An ordinance creating Subsection §9.04F and amending Section §9.08 of the South Milwaukee Municipal Code related to tree enforcement and cost recovery An ordinance creating sections §34.12 through §34.52 of the South Milwaukee Municipal Code related to construction site erosion and sediment control, post-construction storm water management, and illicit discharges An ordinance creating Sec. §10.29 of the South Milwaukee Municipal Code relative to the abandonment of water service lines Steven A.
