NOTICE TO CITY OF SOUTH MILWAUKEE PROPERTY OWNERS 2025 ASSESSMENT ROLL IS OPEN FOR EXAMINATION AND OPEN BOOK Pursuant to Wis. Stat. §70.45 and §70.47, notice is hereby given that the City of South Milwaukee 2026 assessment roll is open for examination by all taxpayers on June 5, 2026, at the South Milwaukee City Hall, 2424 15th Avenue. Additionally, the Assessor will be available from 10:00 a.m. to noon on this date. Questions or concerns with the 2026 Assessment Roll can be addressed by calling 414-768-8052 or by email at Michael.Weymier@tylertech.com. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. §70.47. NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADJOURN BOARD OF REVIEW TO A LATER DATE The Board of Review for the City of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will meet on June 5, 2026, in the Common Council Chambers of South Milwaukee City Hall, 2424 15th Avenue, South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five-day period beginning on the fourth Monday of April 2026, pursuant to Wis. Stat. §70.47(1) Wisconsin Statutes.
