BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST: Vannoy Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Buncombe Couny and is seeking to pre-qualify Contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, tools & equipment for the AB Tech – Capital Improvements FY 26 project in Asheville, North Carolina.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of miscellaneous repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacement for sixteen buildings on AB Tech's main campus at Victoria St. Asheville, NC. Part of this year's scope will be roof replacement, several HVAC projects in multiple buildings, and some utility/site work.
