NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Elmore Hall for Administrative Services Renovation NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – SUBTRADE CONTRACTORS FOR BIDDING Sterling Builders Group, on behalf of the University of Florida, Planning, Design and Construction, hereby solicits qualifications for subtrade contracting services for the following project: Project: Elmore Hall for Administrative Services Renovation UF Project No.: MP-09520 Location: 971 Elmore Drive, Gainesville, Florida 32611 The project consists of the complete interior renovation of an existing single-story facility of approximately 16,700 square feet, including but not limited to new interior build-out, M/E/P/FP systems, and other trades. Interested firms must have demonstrated experience on projects of similar size and scope. Experience at University of Florida or other state university campus projects is preferred. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to estimating@sterling-built.com no later than July 28, 2026, by 2:00 pm. Late submittals will not be accepted.
