Notice to Contractors PROJECT INFORMATION SESSION: Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the City of Asheville and will be hosting a virtual Project Information Session for the City of Asheville Municipal Building project on Tuesday, February 10, beginning at 5:30pm via Zoom. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of the demolition and replacement of an elevated apparatus bay slab. Offices and rooms located below the slab will be demolished to facilitate the slab replacement. The reconstruction of these spaces is included in project scope. A portion of the building will remain occupied; occupants located within construction area will need a new office built out prior to start of slab demolition.
