NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bidding proposals may be mailed to the Liberty Township Trustees at PO Box 1, Sulphur Springs, Ohio, 44881 before June 9th, 2026, or may be delivered to the Liberty Township Hall 4628 Liberty Street, Sulphur Springs, Ohio 44881 at 8:00 P.M. local time, Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read for the Joint Township Resurfacing Project of various Township Roads in Crawford County, Ohio as per specifications of Contract No. 1-2026-OPWC. The work for which proposals are invited will consist of 441 asphalt concrete roadway resurfacing and cold constructed asphalt roadway resurfacing. Date set for completion: October 30th, 2026 Contract documents may be obtained by request to the Crawford County Engineer at 419-562-7731 or www.crawfordcountyengineer.com. All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to Liberty Township in accourdance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Prevailing wate rates for this project have been predetermined, as required by law. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Liberty Township.
