NOTICE TO CONVEY AND DISPOSE OF CITY OF PEORIA OWNED PROPERTY/LAND LOCATED IN THE EAST VILLAGE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Peoria, per 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code, is providing reasonable opportunity for any person to submit proposals or bids prior to conveying/disposing of the property/land at the following address located in the EAST VILLAGE TIF: The parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately 0.04 acres located at 1916 N Maryland Ave, Property Index Number: 14-34-359-002. The City of Peoria intends to dispose of the property to a local organization. If any individual or organization has alternative proposals, proposals shall be submitted under the requirements outlined below. Proposals/Bids Submission Requirements: To be considered, the proposal must contain the following: A proposed development plan consisting of a project narrative and cost projections. Amount offered for purchase of the property.
