NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE IOWA CITY AREA DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. Iowa City Area Development Group, Inc., an Iowa non-profit corporation (the "Company"), hereby gives this notice to creditors and claimants pursuant to Iowa Code Section 504.1407: 1. The Company is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs. 2. The Company filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Iowa to be effective January 7, 2026. 3. The information required to be included in a claim against the Company are: a. Claimant's name, address, phone number and email address (if available); b. Amount of Claim; and c. Description of the basis of the Claim, including supporting documentation. 4. The address of the office to which written claims against the Company must be presented is as follows: Iowa City Area Development Group, Inc. 136 S. Dubuque St. Iowa City, IA 52240 5.
