Notice to Creditors and Claimants of Intent to Dissolve Prevent Child Abuse Iowa, an Iowa non-profit corporation (the "Company"), hereby gives this notice to creditors and claimants pursuant to Iowa Code Section 504.1407: 1. The Company is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs. 2. The Company filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Iowa to be effective July 8, 2026. 3. The information required to be included in a claim against the Company are: a. Claimant's name, address, phone number and email address (if available); b. Amount of Claim; and c. Description of the basis of the Claim, including supporting documentation. 4.
