NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS VEK Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the Corporation), has elected to dissolve and is in the process of winding up its affairs pursuant to Section 275 and the long-form dissolution procedures of Sections 280 of the Delaware General Corporation Law. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE NOTICED CONTEMPLATED BY SECTIONS 280(a)(1) AND 280(B)(1) OF THE GENERAL CORPORATION LAW. All persons having claims against the Corporation must present them in writing to: VEK Incorporated Attn: Dissolution Claims 37846 Blacow Rd, Fremont, CA 94536. Each claim must state the amount claimed, the basis of the claim, and the claimant's contact information. Supporting documentation must be included. Claims must be received no later than March 1, 2026. Claims not received by this date will be barred. The Corporation may reject, reduce, or object to any claim in whole or in part.
