NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent's Trust STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF ST. CLAIR Edith A. Janus, Deceased Date of Birth: March 27, 1942 NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, Edith A. Janus (a/k/a Edithann Lawry Janus), died on November 15, 2025. The decedent was Settlor of the Edith Ann Janus Trust under Agreement dated February 1, 2006, as amended on May 1, 2006 ("Trust"). A Petition and Order was filed, but no other probate administration is anticipated and no personal representative has been appointed. Creditors of the decedent and/or Trust are notified that all claims against the decedent and/or Trust will be forever barred unless presented to legal counsel for Robert L. Janus, Successor Trustee of the Trust, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice. The Trust will then be assigned and distributed to persons entitled to it.
