Rios- Nieves, Deceased, Date of Birth: February 12, 1939 AND Magdalena Rios, Deceased, Date of Birth: May 29, 1940 TO ALL CREDITORS: NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedents, Jose M. Rios- Nieves and Magdalena Rios, Grantors of the Jose M. Rios-Nieves and M. Magdalena Rios Joint Living Trust, under an Agreement dated April 28, 2022, (the "Trust"), died April 9, 2026 and July 20, 2025, respectively. There is no probate estate for either decedent, and therefore no personal representative has been appointed for the estate of Jose M. Rios- Nieves or the estate of Magdalena Rios. Creditors of the decedents are notified that all claims against either decedent, either of the decedents' estates, or the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Jose M.
