Semisi Ofiu Tonga died on or about June 10, 2025. Semisi Ofiu Tonga was the Settlor and Trustee of the Trust. The trust is now irrevocable. 2. Richard Hale is now serving as Trustee of the Trust. 3. All persons having claims against the Trust or Semisi Ofiu Tonga are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred. 4.
