FORSYTH NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned are the duly appointed and qualified trustees of the SPEARHEAD FAMILY TRUST, restated on February 14, 2022. ANNA MAE FORSYTH, a trustor of that trust, deceased on June 18, 2024, and NEIL R. FORSYTH, a trustor of that trust, deceased on February 7, 2026.
