NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Monique Modeste Festinese and The Monique Festinese Survivor Trust) Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of The Monique Festinese Survivor Trust which, was created having Monique Modeste Festinese as the settlor thereof, pursuant to the declaration of trust dated May 3, 1996, as amended and restated and as further amended, for The Joseph and Monique Festinese Family Trust by reason of the death of Joseph Festinese. Monique Modeste Festinese died on May 11, 2026. All creditors having a claim against Monique Modeste Festinese or the trust estate of The Monique Festinese Survivor Trust must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
