NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST TRUSTEE ADVISORY SERVICES, LLC Notice is hereby given that a Statement of Dissolution of Trustee Advisory Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (the "Company"), heretofore having a principal place of business at 833 E. Michigan Street, Suite 1800, Milwaukee, WI 53202, was duly filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions effective as of November 6, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the Wisconsin Uniform Limited Liability Company Law ("WULLCL"). In accordance with Sec. 183.0705 of the WULLCL, this notice of the Company's dissolution is being published to request that all persons with claims, accounts or demands, whether known or unknown, against the Company or its members, in their capacities as such, present such claims, accounts and demands in writing to the Company by forwarding such written claims, accounts and demands to the following address: Trustee Advisory Services, LLC c/o Curtis Walther Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. 833 E. Michigan St. Suite 1800 Milwaukee, WI 53202 Any claim, account and/or demand submitted to the Company pursuant hereto shall contain the following information: (i) the name and address of the claimant; (ii) the amount of the claim; and (iii) a description of the nature of the claim, including the factual basis of the claim. All claims, accounts and demands against the Company or its members are barred unless an action to enforce the claim, account or demand is commenced within two (2) years after the publication date of this notice.
