NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF BRENT BENNETT CARLSON Kathleen Bentley whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Personal Representative, of the Estate of Brent Bennett Carlson also known as Brent B. Carlson and Kathleen Bentley is also the Trustee of the BRENT BENNETT CARLSON TRUST, dated July 12, 2016. (the "Trust"). Brent Bennett Carlson, also known as Brent B. Carlson, Grantor of the Trust, died on September 22, 2025. Utah Code Annotated § 75-3-801 and 75B-2-508, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Estate of Brent Bennett Carlson, also known as Brent B. Carlson must file their claim with Kathleen Bentley, Personal Representative/Trustee, or Thomas J. Bayles, attorney for Kathleen Bentley, Personal Representative and Trustee, at 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200, St. George, UT 84770 within three months after the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting their claim.
