NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF EILEEN R. SCHEERER Deborah Ann Schiller and Donald Henry Scheerer Jr., whose address is 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, are the Personal Representatives, upon appointment, of the Estate of Eileen R. Scheerer. Eileen R. Scheerer died on January 2, 2026. Utah Code Annotated § 75-3-801, provides that any creditor having a claim against the Estate of Eileen R. Scheerer, must file their claim with Deborah Ann Schiller AND/OR dONALD HENRY SCHEERER JR., Personal Representatives, or Kaycee R. Link, attorney for Deborah Ann Schiller, Personal Representative, at 216 W.
