St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Trustee of the James H. and Lynne A. Bartz Trust, dated December 12, 2006 (the "Trust"). James H. Bartz Grantor of the Trust, died on November 6, 2025. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of James H. Bartz must file their claim with Pamela J. Temple, Trustee, or Thomas J. Bayles, attorney for Pamela J. Temple, Trustee, at 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200, St. George, UT 84770 within three months after the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting their claim.
