Katherine K. Wheeler died on October 21, 2025. I am the Trustee of the Jack R. and Katherine K. Wheeler Living Trust, which was revocable during her lifetime. Pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated Section 91-8-504, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against Katherine K. Wheeler to present their claims to me in writing within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice. The failure to do so will forever bar said claims.
