NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE Frandsen Family Trust, dated July 7, 2000 Steven R. Frandsen and Kimberly J. Prestwich, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, are the Trustees of the Frandsen Family Trust, dated July 7, 2000 (the "Trust"). Mary Alice Frandsen, also known as Mary Alice Frandsen-Clark, Grantor of the Trust, died on March 27, 2026. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Mary Alice Frandsen must file their claim with Steven R. Frandsen and Kimberly J. Prestwich, Trustees, or Lindsay M. Bayles, attorney for Steven R. Frandsen and Kimberly J. Prestwich, Trustees, at 216 W.
