NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by and through counsel undersigned, that FRANCISCA P. ARROYO died on September 20, 2025. RAMON AVALOS has been appointed Trustee of the FRANCISCA P. ARROYO TRUST dated June 29, 2016, 20XX (the "Trust"). All persons having claims against the Estate of FRANCISCA P.
